HelleniQ Energy

The consortium Chevron-HelleniQ Energy will sign in Athens today contracts for exploration and production of hydrocarbons in four offshore areas south of the Peloponesse and south of Crete. The aim is the start of seismic research in the four regions toward the end of 2026, with a first exploration drilling in 2028 (source: euro2day). Recall that an exploration drilling is scheduled in the Ionian Sea (possibly in 2027) by the consortium ExxonMobil-Energean-Helleniq Energy (HelleniQ Energy owns 10% in this consortium).
